FUNC is a group training facility that specializes in functional training. Functional training is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities you perform in your daily life.

Our group classes will incorporate full body movements to strengthen all muscle groups and stabilize your joints and core. You can be guaranteed that every class will give you a great workout, whilst also improving your range and mobility.

Our culture of training means that you will be a part of our own unique family. One of our major beliefs is to bring people together to help, encourage, and hold each other accountable.

It’s ok to fail at any point, as long as you have given it your all, which is where our mantra comes from.

“It’s you against you”

Functional training should also have an element of fun in it. The body should be challenged physically and mentally when we exercise and functional training does this for us. Especially when we use exciting functional training methods such as Zuu and TRX.
