 Dark Chocolate Coated Fruit Pops  

1 packet of paper straws (any good supermarket)

Your fruit selection which I used: 
1 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced thickly (about 4 rings)
4 large strawberries stems removed
1 -2 bananas peeled and chopped into 4cm lengths
1 block of dark organic chocolate
1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil
Method 
Chop straws in half using scissors.
Peel and chop fruit.
Gently push straw into fruit, place on a plate or tray lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for 1/2 to 1-2 hrs.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat, continuously stirring with a metal spoon.
Once chocolate is melted remove from stove, get your fruit pops out of the freezer and swirl through chocolate and then through some desicated coconut, chopped nuts or hundreds and thousands for some fun!!! Enjoy these yummy choc coated fruit pops
