Jaime is a true Leader, Business and Family women.

After 10 years of being a stay home mum Jaime wanted to regain her own identity, so she decided to study her Cert 3 and 4 in fitness. With 12 years as a Naturopath, 6 years as a PT and passion for food it has brought her to where she is today.

Jaime is dedicated to helping people and teaching them to have a balanced lifestyle. She truly believes that daily exercise and good food is the answer. Both bring people together. This is the culture of FUNC Fitness. As the Co Founder and Head Trainer at Func Fitness Jaime leads by example, if she is not coaching or instructing she is training with the crew, or juggling family life and business. Focused on educating the community in mind / body, health and fitness, she has developed, the ‘Project you’ program. A program where by one gets to focus on themself and learn the art of mind and body health.

Peter Ledwidge

My mission as a trainer and Pilates instructor;

“Helping you make better use of your body, get more out of life, feel comfortable in your own skin and achieve personal goals”

My aim as a trainer is to demonstrate the importance of exercise and movement in everyday life and how it is the basis of everything we do.

If I help a client to change their body and improve their health then I know I’ve made a positive difference to someone that will last a lifetime.  I train in functional movement that will support you in daily life, helping you to become more aware of how your body movements and learning how to train and look after your body, not just push you at the cost of form and safety. Your safety and long term health is always my main focus, short term goals are good but I want to help you to feel good and give you the knowledge to lead a healthy and active life.

Outside of training and Pilates, Peter is committed to a healthy and active lifestyle of triathlon, running and multisport in general. He enjoys an organic, wholefood, vegetarian diet and lifestyle.
