Mediterranean Omelette

2 extra orgainic free range egg whites
2 whole organic free range eggs
2 tabspoons of milk(soya, almond, rice or dairy your choice)
150g or small handfull of free range ham off the bone (optional) or salmon
1/4 semi sundried tomotes
1/2 cup baby beet leaves
2 tabspoons of feta (I love perishisn feta with dill) or goats feta

Method
Whisk eggs in a bowl with a milk, pour into a non stick fry pan over a low heat.
Add ham, beet leaves, tomatoes and feta.

 

Cover and cook until egg is firm, you can finish off under the grill, remove lid.
Lift edges with an spatular and slide onto a plate to serve, the perfect high protein nutrien
t dense breakie.
Breakfasst is my fav meal of the day so many varitations, from simple smoothies, warm oats mixted with berries, nuts and seeds, to delishous splet coconut pancakes, fruit and yogurt, or high protein eegs, salmon, avocardo or our mouth watering medaterain omelete.
Also great idea for an easy night dinner.
So why is breakfast so important ?????
“Breakfast” literally means the meal that “breaks the fast”. Its considered the most important meal because it affects your eating for the rest of the day.
Starting your day with a well-balanced colourful meal that supplies adequte carbohydrate, protein and fibre, will keep hunger at bay and allow you to make smart choices for the meals to follow.
Dont rush this important meal, and dont use the excuse of I don’t have time, so ill grab something quick and convent. 
GET UP EARLIER AND MAKE TIME!!!  get semi prepared the night before, have oats soaking, fruit chopped eggs mixed. 
At the end of the day its your choice, your results, are you fuelling your body to run and operate to its full poential.
