Summer oats for on the go !

ingredients 
500g of gluten free Rolled Oats 
1 cup of Silvered Almonds
1 cup of Chia seeds
1 cup of Sherred Coconut
Frozen raspberries and blueberries 
Mix all dry ingredients store in and air tight container.
To prepare your summer oats the night before, use a recycled 370g jar or tuperware container, place 1/2 cup of frozen berries in the bottom, in a sperate bowl place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of you dry oat mix and place 3/4 – 1cup of boilling water, stir and let stand for 2minutes. Place on top of frozen berries and store in fridge over night.
In the morning top with 1/2 banana sliced or strawberries and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of plain yogurt.
And you are on your way to a great start to a great day.
Start your day as you mean to go, by choosing foods rich in whole grains and fibre. A Bowl or in this case a jar of  our summer oat and fruit mix can be enjoy as part of a balance eating plan and a great way to start the day.

All oats contain gluten (avenin), traditionally, most oats are grown as a rotational crop in wheat, barely, tricale and rye fields. This can cross contaminate the oats with wheat, making them unsuitable for people with gluten free /wheatfree dietry needs.
